  • Jassim Al Balushi (General Manager)
    Jassim has a vast experience within the Airlines’ In-flight Services in the Middle East. He is responsible for the  Catering Operations and Logistics teams.


    David Fernandes (Senior Manager Catering Support Services)
    A Food & Beverages Manager for many years in Hotels and Airline Catering, David manages the overall support  departments within the unit: Stores, Procurement, F&B, Laundry, Safety & Security, and Maintenance.


    Tawhida Al Kindy (Senior Manager Quality Assurance)
    Trained in the UK and having many years of experience at all levels, including as a Microbiologist and Unit Hygiene  Officer, Tawhida now drives the ISO and HACCP Programs in addition to conducting Certificated Training Courses  (CIEH).


    Walter Turner (Manager Food Production)
    A Professional Chef and Manager catering in the Hospitality industry. He has worked in high volume food production kitchens, inflight catering, signature restaurants, etc. Walter manages our Food Production in the hot, cold, pastry and bakery kitchens.


    Ahmed Chinguiti (Manager Operations)
    Trained in the UK and has a vast experience within the Airlines Inflight Services in the Middle East and Europe. He is responsible for the Catering operations and logistics.
